He is a Petroleum Engineer by profession. Former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger-Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

He is the Managing Director of Finance and Commercial Services, Investment Banker, Administrator.
MR. EMMANUEL NDUBISI CHIEJINA
Lawyer and Business Administrator. Mr. Chiejina joined Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited in 1980 as Head of Corporate Planning
MRS. MOSUN BELO-OLUSOGA
A Banker and Consultant with over 3 decades of industry experience. She is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan (1979). She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 winning 1st place merit award and also the award of the Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria prize for best qualifying candidate. She is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She is also a director of Access Bank Plc, among several other companies.
MR. OLABODE M. AGUSTO
He started his accounting career at Price Waterhouse in 1978 and remained there till 1988
MR. ADEYEMI OLUWOLE
Lawyer and Public Administrator. Honourable Oluwole started his career as a law Lecturer at the Nigeria Police College, Jos in 1978
ALHAJI T. I. BELLO
Alhaji Bello is currently the chairman of the board. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). His career at the Central Bank of Nigeria spanned over 23 years and he was at the time of his retirement, in December 1994, the Director of Foreign Operations Department. He is currently the Chairman of SeaBoard Group and also served on the Boards of Marina International Bank Limited and Atlantic Insurance Company Limited.
