He is the Group Managing Director of F&SCL, a Stockbroker, Investment Banker & Administrator. He began his professional career in United Bank for Africa in 1978 after his National Youth Service Corp. After several years in banking in various capacities, he left Fidelity Bank from where he rose to the position of General Manager in 1993, to establish the F&CSL Group, a Stock broking and Financial Services Company.In 2003, he was appointed Commissioner for Finance, Ogun State, and was responsible for policy formulation, budget implementation, revenue generation, and effective utilization of statutory allocation.
He has attended several training programs in the course of his career, amongst which are:

Chief Financial Officer.
He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and trained with the firm of Ernst & Young International (locally called Osindero, Oni & Lasebikan (OO&L) a firm of Chartered Accountants) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May, 1993. He worked with OO&L for five years as Senior Accountant before joining F&CSL as the Head of Operations. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He has over 20 years experience in Finance, Accounting and General Administration.

She is a legal practitioner by training, with several years of legal practice. She began her professional career with the Law Firm of C. I. Anyaegbunam & Co. before joining F&CSL in 1996. She presently heads the Legal and Compliance Department and her responsibilities include ensuring that the reporting principles and practice of the Company are in accordance with legal requirements and acceptable corporate governance standards.

He holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye and M.Sc degree in Finance and Investment from University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has worked in various companies both here in Nigeria and UK among which are Zenith Bank Plc as Assistant Manager, Internal Control and Audit and Credit Risk Management; Marks and Spencer, UK as Customer Assistant and Akintola Williams, Deloitte and Touche as Audit Assistant. He joined FCSL Asset Management Company Limited (formally F & C Securities Limited) in July 2010.

He holds a higher National Diploma from the Yaba College of Technology in Accountancy. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Prior to joining FCSL Asset Management Company Limited (formally F & C Securities Limited) in January 2005, he worked in Bureau Veritas Nigeria Limited where he served as Assistant Accountant and Lagos Airport Hotel , Ikeja as Accounts Supervisor.

He holds a B.Sc degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun and MPA Degree from University of Lagos. He is an aspiring member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and (CIBN) Member- Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (CIS). He is a versatile fund manager with over 9 years’ cognate experience in the financial services sector. During this period he held several supervisory and management positions in a Mortgage Bank, Issuing House, and Stockbroking Firms etc. He has attended several training on Effective Portfolio Management, Significant and Technique of ALM, Treasury and Risk Management, Fundamentals of Enterprise Risk Management & Corporate Communication Standard, Compliance and Internal Control Management, Total Quality Management, Risk Management, Marketing and Selling principles, Time Management, International Trade Finance, Legal aspect of banking etc. He joined the Finance and Commercial Services in August 2014 as the Manager Financial Services.

Holds a B.Sc degree in Psychology and Masters in Business Management from University of Lagos. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel management and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management. He has over 22 years corporate experience, in public, industrial and private sectors, in the area of personnel development and human capital management. Presently, he is the Head of Human Resources, Administration, Training and Development units.
