Adenike is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of FCSL Finance Company Limited and also the CEO of Nigeria’s leading business incubator with 22 years of experience in social innovation, corporate strategy, and governance.

Recognized as one of the 7 Global Non-Profit Leaders to Watch in 2023 by Google, she has developed and implemented high-impact programs across private, public, and development sectors.

  • Her core competencies include entrepreneurship ecosystem building, philanthropy, impact fund management, and institutional transformation. Adenike has held several leadership roles, including Independent Non-Executive Director positions at various organizations like Animal Care, BudgIT, and VDT Group.
  • She has also contributed to national economic planning as Vice-Chair of the Central Organizing Committee for the 29th Nigerian Economic Summit. Academically, she holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, where she graduated with a 3.80 GPA.
  • Adenike has successfully led FATE Foundation, achieving a 485% income growth and securing over $10 million in fundraising from global partners like Google and Ford Foundation. Her work includes transitioning the organization to financial sustainability and expanding its endowment fund through strategic financial management.
